Insider purchases (/filings/form4)
Form 4 open-market purchases with AI significance analysis; six-figure buys are flagged. Use it to watch conviction, not noise.
Japan (/filings/japan)
TDnet disclosures summarized in English from the Japanese source PDFs — earnings revisions, buybacks, tender offers, MBOs, and the rest of the special-situations spectrum on the Tokyo market. The same endpoint also carries EDINET large-shareholding reports (大量保有報告書 and 変更報告書 — Japan's Schedule 13D/13D-A analog): items with source: "edinet" add the filer, docTypeCode (350/360), and a direct PDF link.
Australia (/filings/asx)
ASX announcements through a special-situations filter: substantial holder notices (the Schedule 13D analog), takeover and scheme-of-arrangement announcements, director's interest notices (the Form 4 analog), buyback notices with daily intensity, and everything the exchange flags price sensitive. Each announcement carries its structured type, sector metadata, AI analysis, and tags — polled every 10 minutes with the same resumable /updates cursor as the other sources.
Sweden (/filings/sweden)
Two sources, no PDFs anywhere: MFN's regulatory announcement feed (takeovers, buybacks, MAR inside information, major-holdings notices — full text in-feed, summarized in English) and Finansinspektionen's insider register, where significant insider buys arrive as structured data with person, role, volume, and price. Polled every 10 minutes with the same resumable /updates cursor.
United Kingdom (/filings/uk)
Two streams under one endpoint: special-situations RNS announcements (offers and schemes, Rule 8 / Form 8.3 dealing disclosures, TR-1 major holdings, PDMR dealings, buybacks, tenders) and the Takeover Panel disclosure table — every UK company currently in an offer period, with offerors, offer-period start, and Rule 2.6 deadlines. A bid-state change creates a new item, so the timeline of a live bid is queryable. Takeover-Code-aware AI analysis on everything.
Germany (/filings/germany)
The EQS disclosure stream — the dominant DACH distributor — filtered to special situations: MAR Art. 17 ad hoc inside information, Art. 19 directors' dealings, voting-rights (major holdings) notifications, and takeover-flavored corporate news (squeeze-outs, domination agreements, delistings). Structured JSON at the source with company and ISIN; English AI summaries; same 10-minute polling and /updates cursor.
Switzerland (/filings/switzerland)
SIX Exchange official notices filtered to corporate events — delistings, second-trading-line buybacks, suspensions, capital reductions — with full notice text, plus every live public offer from the Swiss Takeover Board with target, offeror, and offer characteristics. Bid-state changes create new items, so offer timelines are queryable. Same 10-minute polling and /updates cursor.
Hong Kong (/filings/hkex)
HKEXnews listed-company announcements through a special-situations filter built on the exchange's own structured headline categories: Takeovers Code offeror/offeree announcements and Rule 22 dealing disclosures, privatisations and schemes of arrangement, whitewash waivers, major and very substantial transactions, special dividends and returns of capital, winding-up/liquidation, trading suspensions, and delistings. Derivative-warrant/CBBC lifecycle notices and ETF trading reports are excluded at the category level. Each item carries the stock code, headline categories, a direct document link, and Takeovers-Code-aware English AI analysis. Same 10-minute polling and /updates cursor.
Italy (/filings/italy)
eMarket STORAGE regulated announcements — the Consob-authorized central storage where every Borsa Italiana / Euronext Milan issuer's regulated disclosure lands — through a special-situations filter: OPA/OPAS tender and exchange offers, squeeze-outs and sell-outs (obbligo di acquisto Art. 108 / diritto di acquisto Art. 111 TUF), delistings (revoca dalle negoziazioni), liquidations, concordato preventivo and restructuring agreements including omologazione, extraordinary dividends, mergers and demergers (fusioni e scissioni), capital increases and rights issues, and material transactions. Italian and English vocabulary both (issuers frequently dual-post the same event); SeDeX certificate lifecycle notices are excluded. Each item carries the issuer name, announcement title, a direct PDF link, and Consob/TUF-aware English AI analysis. Same 10-minute polling and /updates cursor.
Watchlists (/monitor-groups)
35 predefined special-situations groups plus your own custom groups and tickers, all readable and writable over the API.
Deals (/deals)
Thesis and position tracking: status pipeline, activity log, and document storage via presigned URLs.
