The 8-K filings page displays SEC current reports filed by public companies. These filings report major events such as acquisitions, leadership changes, earnings results, and material agreements.

Auto-Tagging​

Data Source​

Filings are fetched from the SEC EDGAR RSS feed and processed automatically. New filings typically appear within minutes of being filed with the SEC.
