Overview
The USA Filings page displays SEC filings from public companies. The system tracks 20 different form types including 8-K current reports, tender offers (SC TO-I), registration statements (S-1), proxy statements (DEFM14A), ownership filings (SC 13D), going-private transactions (SC 13E-3), and more.

Data Source
Filings are fetched hourly from the SEC EDGAR RSS feed and processed automatically. Each filing goes through form-type-aware content extraction and AI analysis via Claude.
